MAINTENANCE & SUPPORT


Included with your subscription is access to our maintenance program. This program includes unlimited repairs for issues related to normal wear and tear, and manufacturing defects. 

 

If something on your scooter needs to be fixed, please follow these steps so that we can assist you as efficiently as possible:

 

  1. Go to this link to book a time to drop off your scooter.
  2. Drop the scooter off at that time. Upon arrival one of our mechanics will do an initial check of the issue and will give you a timeframe of when the scooter will be fixed. Times vary, but normal repairs take about 1 day, while larger repairs take longer.
  3. We will send you an email when your scooter is ready for pickup. After receiving the email, stop by the shop and get your scooter.
